Prior to entering the Executive Recruitment business, Curt worked as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and later pursued an MA in Theology.

Curt is an ongoing student of history, religion and culture. His free-time passions include direct involvement in educational and leadership development with organizations in Haiti, Congo and the Middle East, as well as paddling his canoe or kayak on extended wilderness treks. Curt is married and active in the lives of his three children.
